Everstein Armada Vs The ancient weapon system

A 1500 strong armada entered combat with a large sphere of unkown origins.

The Everstein Armada on its way to the city of keystone for occupation day was intercepted by a massive battle sphere powered by ancient magi-tech from eras past and large numbers of the fleet where torn to pieces and ended up at the bottom of the inner sea, The sphere was aswell felled, After the battle scavengers attempted to infiltrate the sphere but where mostly fended off by its defences. The pc's entered the sphere and defeated its central AI triggering a self destruct where the sphere imploded and disolved into a black ooze that filled the puddles and nearby coastlines.
