The Wonderful not Woeful Willow of Wisps of Shadow and Smog and Harrow and Tricks

The origins of this creature are of much discussion to the members of Greenhome, some say it was born of a treant and a sphinx, others say he sprouted from ground when a norn bled over the roots of the mother tree, Yggdrasil, the stories are countless and each as silly and irrational as the next. The Wonderful Willow (for short) makes his home in a small, pocketed away twilight grove at the base of Yggdrasil, there he tends to his garden which grows only one thing: a white heart-shaped fruit the size of a pear that grows from purple vines, this fruit is known as Moonlight. Those who eat this fruit enter a temporary trance of tranquility (+2 insight bonus to wisdom for 1d4 hours) which tends to last anywhere from one to four hours however all those who consume Moonlight have horrible dreams the following night (DC 16 will save or become exhausted and don't gain benefits of a full rest). The Wonderful Willow will only give up moonlight to those who can successfully entertain him (DC 21) by either regaling him with a story or performing a song.   Appearance Twilight Grove Map
