The Reliquary Tower

Image The Reliquary Tower was built by The Reagent a powerful warlord in the late second century during his occupation of Keystone and sacking of the unconquered zones, He used the Reliquary Tower to house relics stolen from his many powerful adversaries, and upon his death fell into disrepair, since being partially reclaimed by the sea and raided by treasure-seekers.
