The Limits of Power

Whilst there are many casters in Shindara the vast majority only capable of casting 3rd level spells and very strongest can achieve around 6th level spells. Some great sorcerers or clerics of powerful gods have been known to power higher level spells by draining the power of captured magical beings and outsiders.
