[15,175] This small fortress city is one of the most heavily defended locations in the conclave, designed to be only usable as a fortification for the conclave forces it has smalls sized defenses and hidden tunnels of sizes too small for humans, An odd design the city goes down into a pit to avoid easy artillery fire or assaults from dragons, any flying force attempting to storm the city would have to fly down into firing range of archers and close range for nets. It is mainly manned by ratfolk, gnomes and goblins the city is capable of housing up to huge creatures and has vast halls designed to conceal garrisoned forces from enemy scouts making it hard to gauge the number of defenders.
