Shinai

Shinai is the largest city and is home to a unique blend of artistic and shady people. Being a city with the largest red light district it is a common site to see the streets with geisha being accompanied by their patrons. That also opens up the shady work of thieves, and often human trafficking on the black market that can also be found by those who know or are in the dark trade. Many of the geisha there were or are being sold into the various Okiya's there. Shinai is also known for its nightlife. Many festivals are held in the evening with lively song and dance, as well as fighting pits located in the many taverns that reside in the city.
