Language of the Shifters

The most unique part about the Language of Shifters is that it requires a very special ability of Shifters. The ability is that can communicate by projecting thoughts and emotions through their energy, if they consciously try to (other Shifters can't just sense their thoughts and emotions whenever they want). So a key part of this language is using the previously explained method in the soundwaves of the words they're speaking.
