Romanian Civil Conflict of 1938

A brief civil conflict in Romania between fascists of the Iron Guard Party and the Loyalist Romanian government under the King. After initial chaos, some armed clashes, and fears of a drawn out civil war like that of Spain from 1934 to 1938, infantry divisions loyal to the Iron Guard Party manage to stage a rapid seizeure of power on September 2nd 1938. By the evening of that day the loyalist Romanian government has fled into exile and the Iron Guard Party declares a fascist state.
