Shardworld

Shardworld is a setting for Dungeons & Dragons, loosely based on the world and lore of Chronicles of Spellborn. It is a world shattered into thousands of inhabitable shards after a worldwide disaster. With the help of their gods and patrons the inhabitants of Shardworld have adapted and rebuilt after the end of the world as they knew it. The inhabitants are recovering from a devastating civil war and Shardworld is filled with invading monsters, political tension and undiscovered treasures.   Disclaimer The Dungeons & Dragons Setting Shardworld is a fan tribute to the world and lore of the now bankrupt MMO Chronicles of Spellborn. It contains many references to Spellborn as well as references to other failed MMO's such as Tabula Rasa and winks to other some other properties. The names of such references where left unchanged intentionally, to challenge fans of the material to spot all the references, thereby engaging them with Shardworld as a D&D setting and giving them an instant familiarity with the lore.
