These small crystal pyramids are a semi common site in homes and temples of people that have natural telepathy.
Once one of these crystals have attuned to an area anyone with telepathy can use them to boost their own telepathic range. As long as the crystal is in range of an active telepath, it can be used to further the communication another 30 feet from the point of the crystal. While a receiving telepath can use the relay crystal to communicate back, someone without telepathy currently cannot use the relay to communicate back.
Requirement telepathy or have it as a natural ability.
