Rishra Citadel

Once belonging to the Hobogoblin grips as a place of worship, it has been taken over by a devoted solider of Mishra. A Tiefling woman devoted to her Queen's teachings, she has made the location a breeding ground for Capra demons. More importantly, the location has one of the few untouched obelisks left that can be exploited to enhance the current capra horde surrounding the place. For some, it is a staging ground for Mishra's Invasion of the realm, for others, it is paradise. Time will tell what happens to this location.
