Giggling Goblins

The Giggling Goblin gang infests the downtown area of Al-Jaran, they are all goblinoid and they are led by a maniacal Orc. The gang will kidnap/capture other goblins and barrage their mind with imagery and chaos until the goblin begins giggling endlessly or dies. The gang like to kill/rob people who look like they have decent gear and they employ ambushes and distraction.
