Climbing Stream

The Climbing Stream is the central landmark within Preora - a massive river that flows upward from the Green Basin. Halfway between its origin in the basin and the cliffs above Plyport where it falls into the Bay of Fangs the Preoran capital Cortiniac sits in the center of the Climbing Stream, built within and atop the ruins of what was once the capital of the Catho Empire.
