The dragons assemble to discuss recent events.

Following the The Great Dragon Civil War, the Great Dragons leave their lairs to discuss the end of the war. Over the course of these two months, there are a number of important events:

• Sirrurg is sentenced to imprisonment.
• Hestaby is put on trial for various crimes, including a ritual attack against Lofwyr. It is later proved that she was not behind this attack.
• The dragons vote unanimously to destroy the Black Lodge, the true perpetrators of the attack on Lofwyr.
• Hestaby is officially ostracised from the Great Dragon community, and her assets seized. See: Hestaby's punishment, Hestaby's last sighting
• Lofwyr steps down as Loremaster. Ryumyo, Celedyr and Ghostwalker are nominated to take over the position, and in the end Celedyr becomes the new Loremaster.
