Sirrurg lands in Borinquen along with Hurricane Donald. They destroy the NatVat facility there.

Hurricane Donald was already on the way to Borinquen, but Sirrurg decides to take advantage of this and lands on the island around the same time as the hurricane does. He attacks and destroys the NatVat facility there, which is crucial because the company, at the time, provides a significant proportion of Aztlan's food.
Most of the island is also devastated by the double attack.
