Awakening

Although it is unclear exactly when Bai Zhenzhu awakened, she publically revealed herself for the first time sometime during 2018, after the collapse of the communists.
She appeared on the island of Hainan and declared it her fiefdom. The island was declared a military-free zone with no foreign navies permitted in its territorial waters.
