Dzitbalchén is convicted by a court of Aztlan and executed.

Aztlan signs a peace treaty with the Yucatan rebels. However, during the ceremony the CEO of Aztlan, Juan Atzcapotzalco, is killed by a bomb in a terrorist attack. Aztlan accuses Dzitbalchén of masterminding this attack and eventually tracks him down, tries him in court, executes and then publicly dissects him.
The information gathered from the body after the dissection, however, is kept secret in Aztlan. Many metahuman organisations and companies are very angry at this.   This series of events significantly worsened Aztlan's reputation with the Great Dragon community as well as a number of countries that are friendly with dragons.
