Hestaby speaks to the UN

Sirrurg has been on a rampage for a number of years. Hestaby speaks to the UN and publicly condemns his actions, but cites the death of Dzitbalchén and the treatment of his body as the reason for the rampage. She urges the UN War Crimes Tribunal to take action.   Shortly after the speech, Elliot Eyes-of-Wyrm is assassinated. This is notable because Elliot Eyes-of-Wyrm is Hestaby's closest friend, and founder of the Shasta Shamans.
