The left hand of Bilotkiy was a man of metal and malice. He profited greatly in the child trafficking rings among the warlords of Eastern Europe’s Soviet Wraithlands. That was until the operation was dismantled by the efforts of the Scandinavian Union’s special ops teams of Winter Wall. Sevchenko’s Vory handlers tasked him with hunting down Winter Wall’s operatives. After his job was done, he joined up with Aleksander Bilotkiy as the Sovetnik of the new Tsar of Seattle. He met his end at the hands of one Winter Wall soldier he failed to kill, the pain Vola sent through him was enough for him to dislocate his own cyberjaw before her companion O’Dundin ended his suffering.
