Red Lana
Runner on the Run
Lana is a street samurai of Anglo-Korean extraction. known for the trademark red leather she wears as her "working clothes." She has all the physical attractiveness that modern technology can supply and is quite vain. but has very little warmth or personality to go along with her surface beauty. A skilled killer. Lana has done her share of wetwork in the past and no doubt will continue to take such assignments. She liked to flirt with Webb and may have been on the verge of actually developing feelings for him (not that she would ever have admitted to them). She tended to watch his back more closely than anyone else's when the team is on the job.
Her shadowrunner team was a professional group. ruthless and willing to do just about anything for the right price. They're the kind who tend to g ive shadowrunners
a bad name because they take on the dirtier jobs with no questions asked.
The team leader was Calleach, an ork raven shaman. She was joined by Webb, a powerful physical adept, and Wheeler An elf techno-geek who served as the team 's driver, technician and spymaster.
Her team was hired by Hawkshorne Chemical to steal back the chemicle from Lancer. They weren't prepared for the runner team that was helping her, and all but Lana and Wheeler were killed. Calleach was torn to ribbons while in her raven form by Grendel's auto-canon, Webb had his head crushed by Vola, and Lana lost an arm to O'dundin's blade. Wheeler only managed to avoid harm because he was busy removing the wall of Lancer's apartment with his droned vehicle's heavy turrets. Lana was interoggated by the runner team and set loose after reluctantly revealing what she knew. She's since gone into hiding.
