Aleksander Bilotkiy

Little is known of Bilotkiy before his streak of brutal, cold and efficient murder earned him the nickname, “The Terminator.” He came from Moscow, supposedly on a mission of diplomacy between the Red Vory and the White Vory of America. In little more than a night, Seattle’s White Vory were wiped out. The Red Vory quickly occupied the White’s old assets and territories. He seemed to fall off the radar until he was appointed as co-director of Evo North America along with Buttercup, though his position is not publicly known. Bilotkiy has replaced much of his body with milspec-grade cybernetics. Much of it looks outdated, but he seems one to value function over form. Bilotkiy is single-minded in his goals, and they seem to involve undermining Renraku and the Yakuza they hire. To him, overseeing the day-to-day management of Evo office drones is a waste of his time and a distraction from the bloody work that still needs to be done.
