Executive Body
SHADOW Agents at varius levels in the organization enforce the laws of supernaturals.

Agents recieve cases, generally based on unit specialty or indivual basis.

Some agents act more like supernatural social workers and will get assigned families to help them. While others can be like police officers solving crimes. There are also agents who are councelors, therapists, and educators.

This is very important since some people are adopted not knowing they themselves are a supernatural, SHADOW tries not to let this happen but it does. They believe you shouldn't get punished if you are unaware of the laws, especially a child who knows nothing about the supernatural. There is also the possibility that no one has shown supernatural potential in a family for aseveral generations so the teachings might not have been passed down.
