FFM5: Judgement

Deceit did not understand how she'd gotten herself into this. All she knew for certain was that shuffling down the stairs that morning had been a grave mistake.

Really, it hadn't seemed so bad. She didn't have to work today, and her daily plans boiled down to a cup of hot tea and a good book. However, as soon as she made it half way down the stairs, Vorce has shoved a ball of fur into her arms with all the grace of a drunken monkey. He lovingly dubbed the mass a "fluffy, supernatural rabbit", and warned her of mishandling it before running off in search of his boss. Deceit didn't know what a rabbit was, much less how "supernatural" it could possibly be. It appeared to breath every so often, and not do much else, and she took that as a good sign.

Jinx, well. She hoped he had an extended stay planned in a darker part of Hell than normal. There had been no warning except a "Good morning." before shoving her into a teleportation portal suddenly. Now, she found herself in an unknown area, where the ground beneath her was in varying degrees of decimated. Bits of earth floated around her, but gravity kept her feet firmly on the ground, and Deceit could not fathom an explanation.

Before her, one of the rarest beings lay asleep. Deceit had thought it a myth at best, but more likely a joke. But no, it was just her luck. Deceit stood before the last remaining primordial dragon, Salanth, with a tiny supernatural bunny and fuzzy slippers. This was NOT what she was looking forward to, on her only day off, that much was for certain.

The icing on that metaphorical cake, however, was when Salanth looked to her in the most recognizable unamused way. Now, if only Deceit could actually figure a way out of this mess, she would be well on her way to beating Jinx with the so called magic rabbit.
