Feodore Male Basalisk Called Feo by Merci and Deceit Patron god and previous owner was Heh Has a rather nasty temper when it comes to mistreated books. Has learned to bind and repair books, currently does so for Deceit. Lives in Ostacre Inn Gifted by Heh to Deceit for her library as a ploy to get eyes inside. Deceit took Feodore and shrunk him from like 50+ft (size courtesy of Heh's fuckery in Purgatory) down to the more logical size of maybe 2.5 ft in length. She then promptly put him to work, not entirely worried about what he would report back to Heh. He's very comfortable and safe within the Upper Library, and likes his new family. Whether or not he's reported information back to Heh is still up in the air. He is known to bite anyone who mistreats books, and travels between the floorboards, eating any and all rodents, and other foul creatures, in his path. Smaller fae-folk are warned from taking such roots through the library.
