  Native to Fantasia Decursa are small folk that resembles bipedal red pandas, They stand no taller the 3 feet in height and weigh about 6kg.   They are mostly found in the mountainous regions to the east of Fantasia, relying on their natural stealth and climbing capabilities to survive. They live in these remote locations to stay away from any unnecessary conflict. This has helped the Decursa survive peacefully for many centuries, but also leads many to wonder if the Decursa are even real. Only by seeing one, or proof of one can someone be truly assuaged of this belief.   Even with the mystery surrounding the Decursa, there is a surprisingly large amount of information about them, spread through rumor, legend, and by those who have encountered them. Those who have seen a Decursa or one of their villages will tell you that they live in peaceful coexistence with a race of bear folk, these Pandaren monks have a close nit bond with the Decursa who provide them food from their rice fields in turn for their protection against any hostile threats. Most Decursa are extremely friendly and kind-natured, They tend to strive for companionship over conflict. However, if the need arises that they must defend themselves most Decursa are taught the ways of the drunken fist from a young age just in case danger shows itself.

Traits

  Ability Score Increase. Your Dexterity score increases by 1, and your Charisma score increases by 1.   Age. Decursa reach adulthood at age 15 and live up to 300 years.   Alignment. Decursa are typically neutral good, as they care for the needs of everyone but tend keep to themselves. A few Decursa might tend toward lawful or chaotic, but only rarely.   Size. Decursa are between 3 and 4 feet tall and weigh between 3 to 6kg. Your size is Small.   Speed. Your base walking speed is 25, you have a climbing speed of 30.   Darkvision.You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can't discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.   Nimble Nature. You start with the Squat Nimbleness Feat.   Enchanting Visage. Creatures have disadvantage on Insight checks against you.   Beautiful Nature. As an action you can force a creature you have interacted with to make a Wisdom saving throw. The DC is equal to 8 + Proficiency + Charisma Modifier. If they fail, the target has Disadvantage to attacks against you. The creature can remake the saving throw after each of their turns. You can use this ability an equal amount of times to your Charisma modifier (minimum of 1).   Languages You can speak, read and write in Common and Pendallan
