  The Amok are a race that resides in the Southern Shelf. In the current era, they are extremely rare only inhabiting a few places on the continent. However, In the past, they once ruled large empires enslaving the other races with their unparalleled might. This reign lasted hundreds of years until it was stopped by the great orc rebellion led by Orarth. Now they’re mainly seen leading sub-factions within the Banished due to having psychotic tendencies.   They stand anywhere between 6 to 8 feet tall and tend to have slim builds. Their skin colour varies between blues and purples. Amok boast 4 powerful arms each capable of holding weapons. Their fighting style tends to be more unpredictable and dexterous in nature. Instead of relying on brute force, they use their 4 arms to unleash flurries of unrelenting blows to outpace their opponents. This matched with their lack of regard for danger and pain makes them a force to be reckoned with.   Reaching maturity at 22 Amok tend to live longer than standard races living up to over 120 years of age however as they get older they slowly begin to lose their minds to bloodlust. It's rare to see an Amok over the age of 50 that hasn’t fallen into complete madness

Traits

    Ability Score Increase - Your Dexterity increases by 2 and your constitution increases by 1.   Age - Amok mature a little slower than humans reaching adulthood at 22 they are capable of living up to 120 years but the psyche of an Amok degrades with age making it rare for an Amok to not live past 50 before falling into complete madness.   Alignment- Due to being a race that originates from The Southern Shelf Amok tend to have a more Chaotic Alignment mainly leaning towards neutral and possibly evil.   Size - Amok are tall slender humanoids. They are usually anywhere between 6 to 8 feet tall but there have been exceptions for both larger and smaller Amok due to breeding outside their race.   Speed - Your speed is 35 feet.   Blood frenzy - When fighting in melee combat once per long rest you can attack an additional 2 times without proficiency modifiers.   Multiple Limbs- You have a shorter pair of arms in the center of your chest. Your smaller arms have a reach of 5 feet, and you can use them to lift a number of pounds equal to five times your Strength score. Your secondary arms can be used to hold additional weapons but due to their small size you are unable to add modifiers to attacks with these weapons instead you must roll a flat D20 when attacking with them. Additionally you cannot use Shields or heavy weaponry in these two smaller arms as the arms are not capable of holding the weight. An Amok can use two heavy weapons (each being held with 2 hands) but they will have to roll at a disadvantage due to the weight of the weapons.   Amok Madness - When you lose 50% of your hitpoints or more you will need to make a DC 16 wisdom saving throw. On a fail temporarily succumbs to madness for the next 3 rounds. If you have succumbed to madness you must use your actions each round to Attack the nearest creature The save can be remade on each of your turns.   Weak build - Due to having weak builds Amok cannot wear anything higher than medium armour without significantly slowing their movement by 15 feet.
