The Great Balance

The Great Balance worships the twin deities of Shizuru (goddess of the sun) and Tsukiyo (god of the moon). Their partnership and push and pull are reflected in the harmony of the seasons and of nature itself. Most of the Qin nations revere them.
Along with the twin deities, Balancians typically revere their ancestors and the wisdom of those who came before or who are older than they. Some sects of the faith also have animistic views, ascribing spirits to many forms of life in nature. This, however, is not viewed as a tenant of the faith overall and is mostly seen in Suilong where they believe that all things have a spirit and should be handled with care and consideration.
Those who follow other belief systems are usually seen as wrong, but they are not viewed with any particular malice since the Great Balance does not need belief to function. Instead, it is a function of existence as a whole and is outside of the rule of those who live on Seras.
Upon death, it is believed that those who came before enter into the collective knowledge of the world and should be remembered by those who come after.

Structure

Each country handles its organization a little differently, so it is up to each location to determine how it works. Typically, the individual countries have priests who occupy temples to the twin deities, but many of the more rural areas just have roadside shrines. Also, those who follow the faith typically view the whole world as a temple to their faith and see reflection of the twin deities in all natural events.

Public Agenda

They have no specific agenda known other than the belief and worship of the twin deities. Individual countries may have different sorts of relationships with the deities. One thing that holds more or less true across the nations is the fact that they do not engage in proselytizing. Believers of other faiths and other gods are considered wrong, but they are not seen with any particular malice.
