Long ago, the gods created the New World. From the land sprouted trees, from the depths arose oceans, and from the gods own splitting image came the races of Men. Humans, Dwarfs, Elves, Halflings, and dozens of other races spread to all ends of the New World. Thus began the age of exploration, the prosperous age of legends. That age would last for hundreds of years, until a disastrous event known as the The Fall occurred. Thus began the age of dark.   The World is Ancient. The rise and fall of several kingdoms has dotted the land with ruins. Those lands are filled with Adventures and Mysteries. Ancient civilizations and their knowledge survive in legends, magic items, and the ruins themselves. Magic is everywhere in this world. Everything is magical from your toaster to the kingdom itself.
