Yurillioni / ex. Dracarii

The people of Yurilion, known as Yurillioni, are a race of Imperii who live in the sun-scorched north Lihtas. The early settlers of this area were known under a different name some two thousand years ago, that being Dracarii. It is believed, even today, that this particular race of Imperii was created when an Imperii man lay with an Almae. This is the Legend of Drac Prelor, the first ruler of Dracarii. Yurillioni maintain this belief, that they are descendants of Almae, a draconic race of ancient beings. The name-change is a part of another great legend, that of Drac Yuri of the Diamond Blade. Yurillioni hold high pride in their heritage which is why their ruler holds the title of Drac.
The main export of Yurillioni is the marble that they mine from The Five. The Five refers to the five quarries of Meer Kamy, a large flat surrounded by Yuri mountain range.
The people of Yurillion are a peaceful nation that holds great value in hard work, cold ale and sexual enjoyment. They have permanently tan skin and brown to black eyes. Men adorn long heads of hair and thick beards. Women often dye their waist-long hair powder-blue or lavender. Family is not a highly valued institution in Yurillion, and often children who pass the age of 14 are left to fend for themselves. It is a case that a woman can grow unusually motherly for this race of Imperii, and so she will care for her child much longer.
Yurillioni as a whole, give little meaning to education, which is why most of them are illiterate and only rare scholars educated in Dion can write the formal language. Yurillioni, hence, have a rough and often wrong pronunciation of the common tongue.
Even though the rest of Lihtas holds no high opinion of the Yurillioni, they do value their marble and pay high price for this stone. Vakor in most, does not care in general for Lihtas and its people, but they also value Yurillion marble. Presently, only Nes'a'may trades in this type of marble, as E'leset Lakul has fallen into bad times and poverty. Vidurys, as it is always the case, offers only a disdainful gaze for anyone outside Vidurys.
But there is one thing all of Senn agrees upon when Yurilioni are in question, they are by far the most beautiful people in Senn. Even though men tend to maintain a rough appearance, both they and their women are tall and lean, with slender fingers and full lips.
In the border area between Wider Dion Lands and Yurillion, people are of mixed race. They consider themselves a new race but have no official name nor recognition which is often an area of dispute between them, Dion and Yurillion. They, however, call themselves [to be inserted] and are generally more restrained, more educated and hold a higher value in community and family than Yurillioni.

Feminine names

Common names are Pirina, Eena, Quily, Volne, Yurea, etc.

Masculine names

Common names are Yuri, Kwol, Garem, Gain, etc.

Family names

Yurillioni of lower standing often have short and easily pronounced family names. Most common examples include: Baem, Maer, Leon, Peer, Deav, etc.  Those of higher standing, have longer family names with more consonants. Most common examples include: Omerveer, Lunederbeam, Lundeer, Premear, etc.
