Harbin Wester

Harbin Wester is the current Townmaster of Phandalin. It's an elected position that changes every year and is mostly a record-keeping job.

The first time our heroes met Harbin Wester...

They were at the Townmaster's Hall, asking questions about Glasstaff and the Redbrands. They learned that Harbin hired the Redbrands at the behest of the town to serve as a defensive force for the city, and that he regretted the decision as the group has become bullies in the last few months.

The second time our heroes met Harbin Wester...

He was in the cells of the Redbrands' hideout under Tresendar Manor, along with Thel and Mirna Dendrar and their two daughters. He looked much more gaunt then the last time they had seen him, his hair had turned shock white, and he struggled with remembering basic things about himself and what had happened to him. According to the Dendrars, Harbin had already been there when they arrived about a tenday ago, and while his memory wasn't great at the time it did proceed to get worse and his body became more frail over the time they spent with him.
