Selud

Earth's twin world, Selud is a magic-filled world filled with humans and other beings of almost any type you can possibly imagine. As old as our own world, it holds its how history and creation stories, with a complicated train of thought due to its magical base. To Seludians, they were created by their omnipresent deity, the goddess Naria. While things seemed perfect, Naria still appointed four people to rule the world whenever She wasn't physically manifested on the world. This four people were the representation of Her most important virtues: Power, Wisdom, Courage, and Love. There were plenty of years of peace, but a confusion among this four people led to a ten year war. In the end, they disappeared, leaving behind a prophecy that only the strongest of their descendants would rise to end the war once and for all, thus saving the world. Additionally, the connection between Selud and Earth is vital. As more twins than parallel worlds, many of the rare events that happen on Earth, such as the Bermuda Triangle, is a portal that leads to Selud, but for some reason, trying to leave Selud to Earth leads to a painful death. As such, there is a strong while hesitant influence of Earth on Selud, which leads to many similarities in pretty much everything when it comes to daily life.
