Reign of Winter: The Snows of Summer 05/06/2019

General Summary

Continuing along the path we found ourselves in a tree covered valley and suddenly there was a blinding snow flurry. An ice sickle landed near us, and we saw an air elemental. We shot it down, Alyara threw her chakram into the distance but luckily found it again After what seemed like hours we came upon a small clearing with igloos. The fox went to go investigate, and some time later we heard a thundering boom.Pixie was magically delicious (90) and while he was busy trying to eat it something large approached from the distance. The pixie went invisible and flew away but Serilye shot one of them down as the rest of the party downed the troll. Troll tastes bad (29) We found a cave and a circular are of ice spear spikes. The cave had two bear skin rugs, we found a lot of treasure and decided to rest here for the night. We then went to the circular area of ice spears, and found monoliths perhaps responsible for the cold. Tannim's fire bolts had no effect on it. A black horseman appeared and fell over. Elarian Mantais(sp?), now he is Black Midnight, harbinger of Baba Yaga. He said Baba Yaga's return has not gone to plan and he is the last of the three riders and an enemy of Iyana. Irrisen is a land of endless land created by Baba Yaga's magic, and Iyana wants to cover the entire world in it. We have to go to the capital of Irrisin and find Baba Yaga's hut and help her return, and only she can stop Iyana. We need three keys, the rider has two of them. He slits his own throat, empowering the keys but dying in the process.
