Bladed Shield of Oboro

The Bladed Shield of Oboro is one of the two most well known Adventuring guilds on Daegra. Lead by Tobias Dameron, The Shield has been working to protect the people from problems that haven't been created by people. Some of the most talented hunters and scientists have worked together to stave off Gnoll attacks, dragon raids and beholder evictions.

Talent and Leadership

The 5 Commanders of The Shield take orders from Tobias himself and they command 13 Captains who all have a varying number of SubCaps to support them. These smaller teams are separated by their skills and specializations but are blended into smaller, balanced groups for missions and quests.
These temporary teams, referred to as Squads, are given a Team Leader by their proctor. Whoever is designated as Team Lead, however, can decide to put it up to vote and team dynamics will be reconfigured. There are some permanent configurations that have a permanent Lead and functions. These highly specialized Strike Forces usually spend most of their time separate and scattered among the squads who could use assistance but are always available for any mission that requires them.
