Fuliang
A stormy, icy, barely habitable planet on the outskirts of the Jinxi System. Unsettled before the scream, Fuliang was explored by Ong scientists shortly after they rediscovered intra-system flight. Dozens of forward bases were built in that era and since, but none had any staying power. The electrical snowstorms that cover the surface make the technology required to keep them operational in the extreme cold quickly degrades.
Subterranean bases faired better, and a handful were in operation up until the collapse of the Ong Dynasty, but they faced their own issues. After the fall of the empire, research stations and budding outposts were abandoned. In the modern day, less than 1000 people scrape by on Fuliang.
