Kell scarring

Kell scarring occurs when someone travels deep underground and comes in contact with unrefined liquid Kell. The condition appears as large burns or charring of the skin, sometimes completely enveloping body parts. While initial contact and charring is painless, lasting effects vary from person to person. Some ended up losing total motor function in affected limbs, others developed elemental, and sometimes magical, abilities based on where and when they were affected.

2 Permanent loss of motor function
3 The Kell toughens your skin. Gain a permanent +2 to your Con stat and +1 to AC

17 Gain Inflict Wounds as a 1st level spell regardless of class. This does not count against number of spells known or prepared.
18 Gain Armor of Agathys as a 1st level spell regardless of class. This does not count against number of spells known or prepared.
19 Gain Chromatic Orb as a 1st level spell regardless of class. This does not count against number of spells known or prepared. Determine damage follow damage type chart.
