Arcanis

The city of magic, home to the arcane research that supports all the mages and spellcaster in the confederacy. Headed by a dragonborn Archmage who focus on research while delegating governing of the city to the Lord Magister. In recent years the Lord Magister was Phoebus Black, a man who abused his seat of power selling off the poor to a mysterious cult in exchange for gold and silver to keep the city funded under his rule. The grandson of the archmage painstakingly took the time and effort to out the corrupt politician who was turning Arcanis into a place only for the rich, wealthy and connected. The city remains in the transition from the change of Lord Magisters.
