Be it known and recorded that two sealed shipments bearing a total of thirty-four (34) reinforced barrels—containing volatile alchemical solutions, high-reactivity corrosive gases, and restricted-class toxic vapors—have been officially licensed for inland transport under the jurisdiction of Lomas Bronzemask – Arch artificer, for the express purpose of sanctioned arcane experimentation and containment studies.
Notice to Gate Authorities and City Wardens:
Due to the sensitive, unstable, and high-risk nature of the contents, the sealed barrels are not to be opened, pierced, sniffed, or disturbed under any circumstance. Exposure to the contents may result ininternal and external biological damage. Any unauthorized tampering will result in prosecution under Statute 9:14 of the Secured Property Safety Accord.
