Azul was born into a complicated family probably the most under the sea.

Due to all the reading and fascination with stories by sailors he knows a lot of history but doesn't really know how the world above works beyond what he has heard. Azul is of noble background so he did take classes and education higher than most but mainly about "his" kingdom as well as other basic information.

Goes around being a mercenary of sorts working as and with pirates. He is quite fond of the work overall because he gets to have fun and experience new things.
