Frost

Frost is a para classical element that represents cold where it actively repels any form of heat. Frost can be fused from Water and Air as it embodies the fluid cooling nature of Water and the cooling flow of Air.

Manifestation

Essence

Frost is commonly known for its relation to ice where basic Frost mages freeze water vapour around them into ice allowing for a wide range of uses. One interesting thing with basic Frost magic is how dependant on the environment it is, a basic Frost made could easily lift an iceberg, if they were in the middle of a scorching desert due to the heat difference of the object and the environment, when within a frozen tundra, a simple Frost mage would struggle to life a snowball. Advanced mages learn to bypass the environmental restrictions quite a bit but also go beyond that of frozen water and focus on direct cold manipulation of the area allowing them to chill and control all sorts of things.  

Enchanting

Armor can be enchanted with Frost magic to keep the user cool in hot areas or active situations keeping them refreshed, it can also offer excellent protection against heat based attacks. Weapons enchanted with Frost are often used to slow down enemies by chilling them creating clusters of restrictive ice or by lowering their stamina by chilling them as being cold can rapidly induce hunger as the body's energy is quickly put towards staying warm.

Competing, where Fire melts Frost and Frost extinguishes Fire.

Competing, Frost freezes Water and Water melts Frost.

Competing, Earth destroys Frost and Frost freezes Earth.  

Air

Harmonising, Air carries Frost and Frost enhances the flow of Air.

Competing, Order conserves the heat that Frost is dispersing and Frost resists Order.

Harmonising, Chaos boosts the flow of heat that Frost is dispersing and Frost propels Chaos.

Opposing, both elements are exact opposites, repelling each other.
