Arante
God of Death (a.k.a. The Greedy, The Patient, The Dark Lady)
As a God, Arante has no permanent form, gender, or age. They can shift it at will to appear differently depending on the situation. Their most constant however, is a tall, beautiful, pale woman with sharp blue eyes and long flowing black hair, wrapped in a tattered black cloak.

Divine Goals & Aspirations
Arante is greedy, her hunger for souls insatiable and endless. She does not seek to end all life however, as she knows that all things living will eventually find their way into her fold. She is patient. She is Death.
Mental characteristics
Morality & Philosophy
Arante is kind, an aura of ease and patience radiating off of her. The chill of the grave has no place in her arms and those who find themselves before her have nothing to fear from her embrace. That dread is reserved for those who seek to defy her rule and follow after the immortals and the undead. Either way, she is easy going, confident in the fact that one way or another, everyone will join her family.
Taboos
In order to raise a creature from the dead, its soul or one similar must be taken and bound to the corpse. Being a greedy God, this prospect does not sit well with Arante and thus fuels her hatred of the undead. Those wishing to garner favor with the God of Death may find it easiest in destroying these creatures wherever they may be, returning the souls to her in the process.
