Children of the Earth

Golems are known to be durable, strong, but slow creatures below the surface but quicker and agiler above. Able to be made of any rock or stone, these can be created and summoned, the only Divine Child of the Four Gods to be done so. They are still called Children of the Earth since they are made of Earth. While their bodies may come and go and change at any time, the spirits of the golems remain forever. those spirits were the direct offspring of Earth and will remain as long as the djinn, dragons, and azlāl do. Their summoning is the evoking os a spirit and providing it a body to reside in, each stone marked with specific symbols as to what it is to be used for. Sand golems, on the other hand, vary greatly. The magic for summoning a spirit into a sand body is unknown since the Cave Dwellers are forbidden from ever surfacing. What is known is that these golems are extremely agile and can change form in a moment.

Anatomy

Since their bodies are created by the Cave Dwellers, their anatomy will forever change and vary depending on how the creator may want it.

Dietary Needs and Habits

The Surface Dwellers say golems are cannibalistic creatures, eating their brethren or the rocks that make them up. The Cave Dwellers claim that the golems have no need for food but consume crystals then found to make them bigger, stronger, faster, or more durable depending on the crystal.
