The Liveon castle

This is the castle of Liveon, it was originally build by maybe 300 people for the Liveon family. It was build with over 334 rooms, 35 of them being bedrooms, 7 fireplaces, 5 libraries, 6 towers, 21 hidden passage ways that lead to many other rooms, the dungeon and outside, spread across 13 separate floors.  The first royal to live here was Queen Mariana and her 12 family members. Only queens are allowed to rule Saranolia, because females are believed to be mentally stronger, that's why only woman where wearing the crown and being the head of the castle of Liveon. She started the long tradition of holding a grand ball in the castles banquet hall every year, which where mostly attended by rich and high ranking people. Sadly the tradition was halted for 14 years because of the magic war. The last queen to wander these halls was Queen Katarina Liveon and her family of 3 people, her husband, her father and her beloved daughter Charlotte.  These days she and her daughter are missing and presumed dead. This important castle was later on cursed with 5 different spells to protect the royals and the building. The first curse was to protect every member of the family inside the walls, the second to always keep the yellow tinted bricks in place, which is why even after the war there never were any cracks to be seen. The third spell was in place to make any magic used inside the walls stronger and more accurate. The fourth curse is to keep any common illness outside so no one gets infected. And the last one is to magically move the two statues to open and close the big entrance doors.  Every single one of the curses was made by the Mage Constantine, as a thank you, for getting taken in by the royals, when hard times struck. A rumor says there is a secret passage leading from the biggest  library in Saranolia to the dungeon of the Castle, even though this was never proven. These days the castle is taken over by a rich, power hungry man, that bribed some mages to keep himself at the position of power.
