Eliander Fireborn, appointed by the King, Captain of the Town Watch. Gellan Primewater, prominent merchant with a shady past Eda Oweland, acknowledged leader of the fishing families in town Manistrad Copperlocks, appointed by the King to represent the newly-arrived dwarves and miners Anders Solmor, elected to fill the place of his late mother Petra Solmor, merchant.
Meetings usually take place weekly, and seem to divide Eliander and Manistrad against Gellan and Eda. Anders is still new to the role, and has swung to either side on occasion.
