Technology advanced far enough for Techside to emerge. People stopped developing magical powers. So Techside  wanted to make their own magic machine, the Ultimate machine. Yet don't know how to yet harvest magic. Mageside  was in complete control over the land till techside ruined the Harmony. Mageside was very conservative.
