Outcasts are where the neutral people of the standpoint of the war are put out to. Rather than sending more people to Outcasts, mageside and techside both agreed on executing members that didn't fit in. Outcasts are rather poor people with a mix of tech and magic. In Outcast camps it shows what the world could be existing in harmony. Many organizations that don't track back to techside or mageside are held in Outcast camps. Bounty Hunter's Guild, Assassins Guild, Thieves Guild, Basic Entertainment Guild. ect.
Naming Traditions
Family names
There are no specific family names in the outcast family. It is one large family and last names (family names) are earned for title. And lost if joining.

Major language groups and dialects
Most camps speak common, there are some deaf camps that speak sign language.
Culture and cultural heritage
Everyone from outcasts came from Techside or Mageside. Either directly or indirectly. Some believe in the Ultimate machine while others believe in the great one.

Common Etiquette rules
The common people of the Outcasts camps could be considered savages at a kings table. They are finely dressed at meals but eat like they havent eaten, because most of the time they dont.

Basic modesty and coverings are required however if you convince the people of the camp otherwise then you can change it.

There are many legends and myths about the Outcasts but they tend not to follow any.

Ideals
Beauty Ideals
The outcasts believe all people are beautiful, they believe nature is beautiful. Since they are outcast from their region, or side they can't afford to be picky.
Gender Ideals
You can be who you want in the outcasts without having expectation of laws in the camps. If a male wants to be a maid let him and if a female wants to be a ruler let her.
Courtship Ideals
Courtship isn't taken as seriously in the Outcast Camps as much as it does in Mageside. However, it does vary from camp to camp. You are free to 'court' anybody you choose.
Relationship Ideals
Relationships are everything when you are with the lost. Outcasts hold their family bonds tight. If a new person joins outcast regardless of their background, they are to be treated as family.
