Sainsekós

Since the discovery of iron forging, society on the planet Sainsekós has made huge advancements. In the old world, the Kenaty People have reached a golden age. Advancements in the arts and sciences fuel a prosperous economy, as Kenaty merchants trade across the length and breadth of Kena, the surrounding islands and increasingly across the Lisy Meirós, coming into contact with the Listety Kings.     Within Kena, various factions fight for control of the landmass, attempting to reconsolidate the lost empire of Ular Toma II, which in the years following his death fragmented into the various squabbling successor states, or Didary Gólö, which control the continent today. Despite the widespread military skirmishes the economy of the region is not slowed.     The trade hegemony of the Kenaty People is spreading Kenaty culture across the world. As the Kenaty language becomes ever more prominent for its use in trade and diplomatic settlements, Kenaty scientific papers, plays, and works of literature are spread throughout the old world.     With the traders flow ideas, and a great ideological and religious exchange is occuring within the great trade hubs surrounding the Lisy Meirós. The old Kenaty gods are now joined by new spirits from contact with the Listy peoples. Scholars have begun to greatly increase their knowledge of the natural world, and their libraries are expanding rapidly.     For the people of the Old World, life is bristling with opportunity for those who wish to build their own futures and to decide their own destiny.
