Recently the newest elected Dean has plans to push the limits as it were by removing morality. His charismatic speeches promote goals of progress and ignoring the minutia that lead to their victory. Whispers of formerly forbidden knowledge grow as adventurers are hired to find and "procure" rare and protected teachings as well as their creators should they still be alive.
