The town of Wakeland is ruled by an elite council of Psion Warriors. Each warrior with all other aspect of the city is governed by monthly trials that all citizens participate in. The greater your skill the greater the responsibility and power you are given. An apprentice chef would gain control of the restaurant should he challenge and beat the head chef.
