Constantly at war with the assembled nonhumans and dissidents who control half of the country. Depending on what ports you land on humans are allowed to trade while nonhumans are treated as slaves or less. The nation is ruled by the emperor and worshiped as a divine being.

Structure

God-Priest: Head of the church, he is infallible in defining matters of faith and morals.
Cardinal: Appointed by the God-Priest, 9 cardinals cross the country. As a body, it advises the God-Priest and manages aspect of the country such as the Cardinal of War and Cardinal of Trade.
Archbishop: An archbishop is a bishop of a main or collection of distrcits.
Bishop: A bishop, like a priest, is ordained to this station. He is a teacher of church doctrine, a priest of sacred worship, and a minister of church government.
Priest: An ordained minister he can be with a particular religious order or committed to serving a congregation.
Deacon: Assists a priest with the younger Deacons training to be priests and the older Deacons taking part to provide for the faithful.
