Emlar is the oldest elven city in Oasis. it used to be the capital of the wood elven kingdom of Emlar.

History
The city of emlar is one of the oldest elven settlements to still exist. it used to be the capital city of the kingdom of Emelar and was ran by the Lea family. After the great elven war Emelar was reduced to a large city and the Lea family got to keep it if they married the king of Amberil. Many years later during the reign of the undead king the city was taken over by druids who took the souls of those passed and put them into stone structures to protect the city from mages. The city became the last defence of the king as he fled from the rebellion and he was killed in Emelar. Years later the Lea family was removed from lordship after they tried to rebel against the new queen to rebuild Emelar. The Pith family, which was a branching family from the Lea family took over and swore an oath to stay loyal to the monarch.
Points of interest
The stone statue made around where the undead king was killed, it is made to remember those lost and show Amryl's victory.
Architecture
The houses of this city like most wood elven cities are built in with nature. trees and plants grow freely in the city and can be a part of buildings. Most houses are built in a natural medieval art nouveau style.
Geography
The city is built between a large green forest and a mountain. Castle Muria stands on top of the small mountain.
